Man, sit down and hold on tight, because what I found out today from the boys at Fane is downright crazy! The PNL, led by Ilie Bolojan, said it loud and clear: 'We're not voting for the Tomac Government!' I mean, right now, when the PSD is sweating bullets to form a government, the Liberals pull the handbrake. And it's not just some whim - it's a unanimous decision at the leadership meeting. 'We won't be present at the debates, or if we come, we won't vote,' Bolojan said. And he explained why: because a government without parliamentary support is like a BMW without an engine - looks good, but gets you nowhere.

'A government without political support is weaker than a minority one. It will be alone when it has to take tough measures - we have a deficit, we have commitments, we have all sorts of troubles. No one will support it,' Bolojan thundered. And he also threw in his two cents: 'The PSD created this crisis with the no-confidence vote a month ago, but now they wash their hands and send Tomac to the front. That's a way to avoid responsibility.' Man, I had the same thing happen with a client who told me, 'Do the job, and we'll talk about money later' - in the end, I was left with a swollen lip.

The PSD, of course, jumped like they were burned. They posted a venomous message on Facebook: 'It stays as we agreed: the dismissed prime minister Ilie Bolojan is blocking all of Romania because he lost power! It can be done without the PNL!' I mean, like, 'we're the victims, he's the bad guy.' Well, bro, even Mioara when I scold her knows I'm right, but the PSD never admits it.

Sources within the party say the meeting was tense - some leaders didn't even show up: Hubert Thuma, Alina Gorghiu, Ionuț Stroe, Toma Petcu, and Adrian Veștea. They were absent, probably because they had more important business, like 'thinking about the country.' Instead, Nicoleta Pauliuc, Cătălin Predoiu, and Rareș Bogdan were there. And one Liberal leader said, off the record: 'Eugen Tomac is a good guy to have a coffee with, but he can't be prime minister.' I mean, it's like putting Brian behind the wheel of a BMW after a beer - likeable, but not trustworthy.

Now, what's next? The PSD says it can govern without the PNL, but I'm not buying that story. Like at the terrace, when Fane says he's buying the round - in the end, I'm the one pulling out my wallet. Same here: without a serious majority, we'll end up with all sorts of taxes and 'austerity' measures on our backs. And who pays? The people, bro. Alright, I'm off to explain to Mioara that the government won't be formed for another week, but she still makes me pay the bills.
