Well, what do you know! The Russians have totally lost their minds. Now they're installing Pantsir anti-aircraft systems right on residential apartment blocks in Moscow. Yes, you heard that right, bro. Right on the roof of a block in the Sokolniki district. And it's not the first time - this is the fifth known case of them doing this. What can you say about their madness? The latest version, Pantsir-SMD-E, is missiles only, no guns, and it spots targets at 24 kilometers. They look like they're preparing for the apocalypse, man. And who cares about the people there? The residents just chill with a missile system over their heads. I sure as hell wouldn't sleep soundly knowing I've got a Pantsir on my block. My old lady would kill me if I came home with news like that: "Honey, we're moving, because the neighbors put missiles on the staircase."

Now, let's move to the cooler part. The Ukrainians have unveiled a new drone, called the Morrigan, that wreaks havoc on the Russian supply route in Crimea. The R280 highway, which goes through Mariupol, is now a real highway to hell. The 412th Nemesis Brigade says they've destroyed "dozens" of trucks and gas stations. And this drone, made in Ukraine, flies up to 300 kilometers behind the front lines. Good for them, bro! Now that's a slick move, not like the Pantsir on the block. That's how you do it, not like the Russians hiding behind buildings. If I had one of those drones, I'd send it to Fane's terrace to see who's still drinking beer there.

And on the diplomatic front, Zelensky asked for a direct meeting with Putin, through an open letter. He said to cease fire during negotiations. But Putin replied that the letter was "impolite" and that the war ends only when Russia achieves its goals. What can I say, does it look like anyone wants peace there? I think Zelensky is trying to save what can be saved, but it's pointless.

Now, Europe's leaders - Merz, Macron, Starmer - met in London with Zelensky to come up with a joint strategy. It seems a window for negotiations is opening, say the Germans. Well, let's see how long this window lasts, because in my neighborhood in Berceni, the window only opens when there's a draft.

And don't forget about Armenia! There are parliamentary elections there, and Prime Minister Pashinyan, backed by the EU and US, hopes to get over 60% of the vote, despite Russian pressure. The European Commission threw in an economic support package, and Trump also gave his approval. Looks like even the Armenians want to escape the Russian bear. I wonder if something like that could happen here too, but I'd better keep quiet.

Anyway, I'm off to explain to my old lady what a Pantsir on a block and a Morrigan drone mean, but I think we'll end up back at cabbage rolls.
