The Moscow government has authorized refineries to produce gasoline and diesel at lower environmental standards until after May 1, 2026. In Udmurtia, they've limited deliveries of AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline due to technical issues. The price per liter has gone up 5.6% this year, and now, during the holiday season, it's even higher, especially towards the coast. The Moscow Energy Ministry admitted that Ukrainian drones caused temporary supply problems in the south.
