Boss, grab a coffee and sit down, because I've got news that'll make you realize justice is more tangled than tripe soup after a night of partying! Prosecutor Teodor Niță, from the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Constanța Court of Appeal, has been placed under preventive arrest for incitement to abuse of office, and what do you know? He's woven a network of companies and influences that reaches all the way to Călin Georgescu, the former presidential candidate. No joke, it's like a Netflix series, but with Romanian actors!

The company Total Construct și Comisionar SRL, set up two years ago, got contracts from the Mangalia Municipality (59,106.42 lei) and the Năvodari Municipality (900,000 lei), even though at the time of the award it had zero turnover, zero employees, and was fiscally inactive. I mean, bro, a shell company, so to speak, but with connections! Behind it are Niță and Colonel Nicolae-Iulian Albăceanu, head of the Brăila Gendarmerie. They're not officially listed as shareholders, but their relatives are: Elena Alionte (40%), mother of Niță's wife; Luciano Lungu (40%), son of Albăceanu's concubine; and Cristian Dinică (20%), Albăceanu's godson. What, is that how business is done in Romania? Well, here I am with my construction sole proprietorship struggling to land a contract, while these guys make money hand over fist with paper companies!

The contracts were obtained while Albăceanu was under investigation by the DNA. On June 12, 2025, the colonel was picked up by anti-corruption prosecutors, accused of being directly involved or through intermediaries in the management of two commercial companies between 2021 and 2025. Investigators said Albăceanu controlled a group of companies in areas like public catering, construction, and recruitment of labor from Nepal, Sri Lanka, and other Asian countries. Yeah, bro, he brought people from Asia, like when a truckload of workers shows up in Berceni! And in May 2026, the DNA closed the case on the grounds that the act did not meet the typical elements of the crime, based on a decision by the High Court of Cassation and Justice. Hear that, closed! That's how justice is done in this country?

Albăceanu, a former martial arts champion, joined the Ministry of Internal Affairs in 2006 and worked in the Border Police, including as head of the Constanța Sud Agigea Border Crossing Point (2016-2020). During this time, he got close to Niță. In 2019, he received a house lot in concession from the Agigea Municipality, on which he built a two-story villa, even though his salary was 15-16,000 lei per month. Well, I'll be! With that money, I can barely pay the installments on my 2008 BMW, and he builds a villa! In 2023, Niță's brother-in-law, Ion-Mircea Alionte, received two land plots in Agigea. In May 2020, Albăceanu was transferred to the Romanian Gendarmerie, then to Brăila, where he bought a small plane - yeah, bro, a plane, not a Mercedes! - and focused on recruiting labor from Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. What more can I say, he's more professional than recruitment agencies!

The network includes companies like High Yield Group SRL (owned by Luciano Lungu, specializing in unskilled labor), Rom Alba Construct SRL (insolvent, with Albăceanu as a shareholder), and the recruitment platform 'Bla Jobs', operated from Romania, Moldova, and Dubai. Yeah, bro, from Dubai, like it's some fancy business! The activities allegedly included recruitment from states considered risk zones (Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kenya, Yemen), which lends weight to Austria's 2024 criticisms about uncontrolled migrant flows through Romanian channels. True, the Austrians told us we don't control migration, and look, they were right - but who listens to them?

Albăceanu allegedly traveled personally to Constanța County in 2025 to discuss with mayors and local administration representatives, including former Mangalia mayor Cristian Radu (later arrested) and Năvodari mayor Florin Chelaru. The mayor of Valu lui Traian, Iulia Claudia Iurea, allegedly refused him. Good for her, she had character! The contract with Mangalia was signed four months before Radu's arrest - coincidence? I don't think so, bro!

Niță allegedly facilitated Albăceanu's companies' access to companies in Constanța for recruiting non-EU workers, including operators from the shipyard, transport companies, recycling firms, and construction companies with public contracts. The two allegedly benefited from the support of the former head of the Constanța Immigration Service, Chief Commissioner Mircea-Daniel Labeș, retired on February 1, 2026, and co-opted as a 'strategic consultant' at the RESTO Constanța Employers' Association. I mean, bro, the guy retires and gets hired by the employers' association dealing with immigrants - is he a consultant or is he helping the pipeline?

On the day of the searches, May 14, 2026, Niță was in Bucharest, in front of the Il Calcio restaurant, where he had a meeting with Mihai Dan Neagu, Călin Georgescu's in-law. Neagu is a general with military intelligence experience, a graduate of the National Defense College, from the same generation as Georgescu. Hear that, in-law with Georgescu! What more can I say, it's clear they all know each other, they all move in the same circles. I wonder what they were discussing at the table - probably future plans for the country, but not the way we think.

For now, I'm going to call Fane to comment on this story - because at the terrace at least we know the truth is real, not on paper. And until justice is cleaned up, I for one don't believe anything that comes out on TV anymore!
