Man, what the hell was that?! I was chilling with my coffee when I hear on the news: a Turkish Airlines Boeing 777-3Q8, with 267 souls on board, took out a radar antenna right after landing in Antalya. No joke, bro!

The aircraft is taxiing calmly on the runway, heading to parking, and BAM! The wing snaps off like in a boxing match, the fuselage is punctured by metal shards, oxygen masks drop down, luggage flying everywhere. What was the deal?

Who put that antenna there, man? Or did the pilot think it's okay to take a swing at an antenna? No idea, but the panic was maximum.

A passenger said after landing she heard a noise, a woman was screaming, and she saw the plane's skin break like it was cardboard. Oh my god, seriously! All 267 were urgently evacuated, fire trucks and ambulances arrived.

Someone had a panic attack, shock, but from what I heard, only one minor injury. Some say zero casualties. Well, man, either way it's terrifying.

Now the investigation is ongoing: authorities and Turkish Airlines are trying to find out who screwed up. Maybe the air traffic controllers were thinking about shawarma, maybe the antenna was placed wrong, who knows. In the pictures you see the broken wing and metal scattered on the runway, like a car accident in Berceni, but on a big scale.

And so, from Antalya to us, we all wonder: if this happened to me on vacation with Mioara and the kids, what would we do? At least we got out safe, but lucky it wasn't a low-cost flight, because maybe it wouldn't have even landed. Now, the investigation should tell us who's to blame, because I won't fly peacefully even by car to Vama Veche anymore.
